I was first visited by Dr. Shukairy in the hospital after I had been admitted with stroke like symptoms that ended up being a badly pinched nerve in my neck plus a narrowed spinal column. Dr. Shukairy performed surgery on me and all the pinching has gone away. His manner is wonderful, he listens and gives you honest answers. I hope to never need another surgery again in my lifetime but if I do I know who I am going to see.

The doctor explained to me the procedure before and after the surgery. He checked on me every morning before discharged, always ending with “ do you have any questions or concerns”.

I was able to schedule my first appointment the day after I called due to a cancellation. The Dr and his staff were very thorough and I was happy with his advice. My brother is a surgeon so I shared Dr Shukairy’s feedback. My brother said sounds like you have a really good doctor. He would have advised the same though he is not a neurosurgeon.

Waited forever (well over an hour past appointment) so was expecting a very bad experience but once the doctor finally came in , it was a very good experience. He was thorough, patient, answered all my questions and helped me put together a treatment plan. Wasn't too happy with the wait time which i found unnecessary and unprofessional, but the interaction with Dr. Shukairy was above par.

I saw Dr. in 2022. I had back pain that needed surgery. I was referred to him by another doctor. I was so pleasantly surprised that somebody of his caliber was so kind, caring, patient & informed me of everything I needed to know. He did surgery on my lower back which at that point, the pain was debilitating. I trust him 1000%. He is not only my neurosurgeon; also my ortho that will take care of my spine issues. I highly recommend him on a scale 1-10 I would give him 15. He's kind also to the nurses they regard him highly I am very thankful I was referred to him.
